These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, treatment packages, prepaid services, promotions and other services purchased or booked through Beyond Vitaliti. By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment or package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Appointments & Consultations
All treatments are subject to consultation and assessment to determine whether the requested treatment is appropriate for the client. Beyond Vitaliti reserves the right to postpone, modify or decline a treatment when, in the professional judgment of the treatment provider, proceeding would not be appropriate or safe. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information relevant to their treatment.
Client Forms & Consent
Required client forms and consent forms must be completed as requested before treatment. Certain forms may be required before each appointment, even if they have previously been completed. This is necessary to ensure that Beyond Vitaliti has current information, as a client’s health, medications, medical history or other circumstances may have changed since a previous visit. Forms may be completed in advance or at the clinic where available. Treatment may be delayed or rescheduled if required documentation or consent has not been completed.
Treatment Packages & Prepaid Services
Treatment packages and prepaid services are non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Packages are intended for use by the individual for whom they were purchased and may not be transferred, shared or assigned to another person unless specifically approved by Beyond Vitaliti. Treatments included within a package are subject to the same consultation, suitability and safety requirements as individually booked treatments.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Beyond Vitaliti requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or, where the appointment is part of a prepaid treatment package, the scheduled treatment session may be deducted from the package. If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment without providing the required notice, one treatment session will be deducted from the client’s prepaid package. This policy is intended to compensate for appointment time that has been specifically reserved and can no longer reasonably be made available to another client.
Deposits
Beyond Vitaliti does not generally require a deposit for every appointment. Certain bookings, promotions, referral programs or third-party booking programs may have separate deposit requirements. For example, appointments booked through certain client-acquisition programs may require a deposit at the time of booking. Any required deposit and the terms applying to that deposit will be disclosed before the booking is completed.
Treatment Results
Individual results vary. The number of treatments required, response to treatment and outcome of any aesthetic or wellness service cannot be guaranteed. Recommendations regarding the number or frequency of treatments are based on an individual assessment and do not constitute a guarantee of a particular result. Before-and-after images, testimonials and descriptions of potential results are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same outcome.
Medical Suitability & Changes in Health
Clients are responsible for informing Beyond Vitaliti of relevant changes to their health, medical conditions, medications or other circumstances that may affect treatment. A treatment that was previously considered appropriate may need to be modified, postponed or declined if circumstances have changed. Beyond Vitaliti reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment when proceeding is not considered appropriate or safe.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless specifically stated. Individual promotions may have their own eligibility requirements, booking periods, treatment requirements, expiry dates and package conditions. Where promotion-specific terms are provided, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Treatments or packages already purchased will be honoured according to the pricing and applicable terms in effect at the time of purchase, subject to any stated expiry or package conditions. Any applicable taxes, fees or other charges will be disclosed as required.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to any terms provided at the time of purchase and applicable British Columbia law. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with appointments, consultations and treatments is handled in accordance with Beyond Vitaliti’s privacy practices and applicable privacy requirements. Information provided through medical history, consultation and consent forms is used to help assess treatment suitability and provide services.
Website Information
Information provided on the Beyond Vitaliti website is intended for general informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Treatment suitability, expected outcomes and recommendations are determined through consultation and assessment.
Changes to These Terms
Beyond Vitaliti may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase or booking will be the version in effect at the relevant time, except where subsequent changes are required by law.
